Buño, Malpica, and Costa da Morte are the place to exchange and learn experiences for all those interested in arts.

AIMS
  • Discovering Costa da Morte as an inspiring environment.
  • Studying the landscape (sea, stone and clay) of the region.
  • Create a basis to hold relationships between galician and foreign artists.
  • Support cultural, green and artistic tourism.
CANDIDATES

Students of Arts, artisans and everyone with some experience in arts.

8000 spanish pesetas  to cash in the account :

The fee comprises a dossier and a basical kit, an excursion to the Sisargas' isles and other leisure activities. Participants shall bring their own working kit. 

Participants will grant one of the works made during this encounter to the Fondo Municipal da Arte.

Saturday, 4:  
    4,30 h. Reception. Documentation is given to the participants. 
    4,45 h. Inauguration of the encounter.  
    18 h. Visit to the Ceramic Museum and Potters workshop.
Sunday, 5:   
    10 h. Workshops. 
    16,30 h. Encounter with poetry: Batallon Literario da Costa da Morte.  
    18 h. Workshops.
Monday, 6:  
    10 h. Film and discussion : "The landscape and the Contemporary Arts Centres". Manuel Olveira (CGAC).  
    12,30 h. Workshop. 
    16,30 h. Open air workshop.
Tuesday, 7:  
    10 h. Day out to three artistic centres: Mens, Nariga e Lugris.  
    16,30 h. Workshop.  
     
Wednesday, 8:  
    10 h. Encounter with ecology: The Galician landscape. Roxelio P. Moreira (biologist).  
    12,15 h. Workshop.  
    16,30 h. Excursion around the Costa da Morte. Visit to Fisterra.  
     
Thursday, 9:   
    10 h. Workshop.
